The Symptoms
legs getting numb easily.
feel cold easily.
eating alot.
tired easily.
am not sure if my face seems puffy.
but very soon i guess.
once my mum or bro start asking if ive been eating my medicine lately.
i know that my face is puffy.
hehe...
oryts...
i know i know...
i can hear them oredi...
"su,kau makan ubat ke tk??"
"jgn tk makan eh...kau tau kan ape doktor ckp kalau tk makan ubat"
"kau jgn degil,nanti pape jad kt kau,kan dh susah"
and the list goes on and on...
i know im stubborn.
like VERY at times.
like wat ive been doing lately.
though i have been advised against it by Ky alot of times.
haha.
i DO CARE abt myself.
but AT TIMES,my stubbornness get the hold of me.
or rather in this case,my laziness.
the medicine.
sounds familiar huh?
in someone's blog.
haha.
but that medicine in that person's blog has a different meaning.
but my medicine is literally a medicine.
a drug.
a prescription.
what is it?
Levothyroxine sodium.100mcg + 25mcg tablet.
for all my life after my operation.
i have to take that medicine.
every single day of my life till my death.
thnk goodness its onli one.
imagine if i have to take 10 different medicine each day of my life?
i guess i may die earlier.
why?
onli one type ive already have difficulties taking everyday.
wats more w 10 types??
haha.
and yeah..i heard some voices again...
this time not from my family.
but from some of my peeps out there.
"wani,g lah makan ubat"
"fitri,remember to take ur medicine hor.."
oh wells...
thnks for the reminder.
but lets juz say that it is a hassle.

first things first.
have to take it in d morning.
wat if i wake up in d afternoon???
secondly.
have to wait for 1 hour before eating.
wat if it slips my mind and i ate first???
wats more during fasting mth...
in the morning before sahur.
oh gosh.
for the paz years that im suppose to be taking this medicine.
this is where the problem starts of me not eating.
the fasting mth.
when i wake up juz to eat my sahur.
coz i cant be bothered to wake up 1 hr earlier to eat my medicine.
and at times i didnt even wake up for my sahur.
so i end up not taking my medicine for the mth and somehow it continues after that.
hmm...
im suppose to go for blood test on the 27/11/07.
followed by visit to the doctor and take the next stock of medicine on the 11/12/07.
but now as im writing this in the sch lib.
the date today is 11/02/08.
which means that im overappointment(is there such word??haha) by 2 mths.
and guess what,i still havent finish my medicine since ive been taking it on and off.
there are enough tablets left for 53 days.
haha...
53.thats what one of my ITE clazmates called me.
coz he had a difficulty saying my name FITRI.
and somehow frm FITRI bcome fifty-three.haha.
k,i sidetracked there.
another problem abt me is that i will be afraid to meet the doctor for the new appointment.
coz i know im gona get a nagging.
especially if the doctor is that Indian lady.
smtimes i prefer a male doctor to a female one coz moz male doctors dont reali talk much.
or rather dont nag much.
haha.
they will juz say u have to take ur medicine regularly.
and im going to give u ur medicine dose.
not like the female where they will ask why i didnt take my medicine.
why i didnt go for the appointment.
why,why,and more why.
kk.
i know i should be grateful that they are actuali kinda concern.
but stil.
who likes to be lecture at?
oh well...
i hear voices yet again.
"its ur fault that u will be asked alot of qns"

oh gosh.
